The first Luthiers Centre in the Balkans opened in Rousse on 11/29/2010. Special guests were Deputy Mayor of Sofia Municipality Christo Angelichin and Rousse Mayor Bozhidar Yotov, who unveiled the memorial plaque for the event.

Those attending the opening had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with some of the instruments that have won awards at the First Pan-European Luthiers Competition "Eufonia" held in Bulgaria in 2009, with a final round in Brussels. Winning violins, violas, cellos and basses will be on permanent show.

The Centre has already received requests for visits and exhibitions from of luthiers and suppliers of luthiers materials from some European countries, as well as by Bulgarian masters.

Our work provides visiting experts from around the world for evaluation, certification and restoration of stringed instruments.
